How to order

All machines listed on the Vendteck website are subject to availability.

  • Our inventory changes daily, especially for current model machines.
  • Not all machines in our inventory are new; some are refurbished.

All new machines include:

  • A credit card reader (Nayax VPOS Touch)
  • A $1/5/10/20 bill validator
  • A 4-tube coin changer
  • A bill recycler

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Payment Options

Our default and most recommended payment method is bank transfer (wire). In certain cases, we may also accept Zelle Pay and cryptocurrency payments (BTC and USDT). Please note that credit cards are not accepted.

warranty

Vendteck (VT) provides a warranty for up to 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal usage. VT is committed to repairing or replacing defective vending machine parts at its discretion, once the defect is confirmed.

  • First Year: Vendteck will repair or replace defective parts at no cost, provided the faulty part is returned to Vendteck .
  • Second Year: Under the Parts Warranty, Vendteck will provide replacement parts, but the customer is responsible for paying 50% of the cost for each part before it is replaced. The defective part must also be returned to VT.

The warranty covers parts only and does not include labor costs or shipping expenses. Additionally, this warranty excludes the following:

  • Costs for removing or installing vending machines
  • Loss of vending products
  • Income lost due to machine downtime
  • Normal wear and tear of machine parts

Warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Negligent use or vandalism
  • Dropping the vending machine
  • Shipping damage not reported at delivery
  • Unauthorized disassembly, repairs, or modifications by anyone other than VT-authorized personnel

Credit Card Reader Warranty: The credit card reader and optional components are covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with these components.

Vendteck’s dedicated parts and service division is the only point of contact for all warranty and maintenance requests, whether in-warranty or out-of-warranty. On-site maintenance and service are available upon request. We also offer lifetime phone technical support and remote repair services to all Vendteck customers at no charge.
